½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1️⃣ Mix the Patties

In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk; let soak 2–3 minutes.

Add ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Shape

Divide mixture into 4 equal portions.

Shape into oval or round patties about ¾-inch thick.
3️⃣ Cook

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until browned and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

½ cup warm milk (or more as needed)

4 tbsp butter

Salt & black pepper to taste

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.
