🥪 Homemade Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
These are cheesy, melty, pull-apart sliders loaded with seasoned steak, sautéed peppers & onions, and gooey cheese — perfect for game day or an easy family dinner.
🛒 Ingredients (12 sliders)

1 package Hawaiian rolls (12-count), kept together

1½ lbs thinly sliced ribeye steak (or shaved beef)

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

6–8 slices provolone cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

1️⃣ Cook the filling

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté onions and peppers until soft (4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the thinly sliced ribeye with salt and pepper until just browned (about 3–4 minutes).

Return peppers and onions to the pan and combine.
2️⃣ Assemble

Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keep bottoms connected).

Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

Spread the steak mixture evenly over the rolls.

Layer provolone cheese on top.

Add the top half of the rolls.
3️⃣ Brush & Bake

Brush tops with garlic butter mixture (optional but recommended).

Cover loosely with foil.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
