🥗 Doritos Taco Salad
Doritos Taco Salad is a crunchy, flavorful Tex-Mex–style salad that’s perfect for potlucks, game days, or quick family dinners. It combines seasoned taco meat, fresh veggies, cheese, and crushed Doritos for that signature crunch.
🛒 Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

1 can (15 oz) black beans or pinto beans, drained & rinsed

½ red onion, diced

1 bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor), slightly crushed
Dressing Options:

1 cup Catalina or French dressing
OR -
1 cup sour cream + ½ cup salsa (for a creamier version)

Cook the meat
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water (per packet instructions). Simmer 5 minutes. Let cool slightly. -
Build the salad base
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, beans, corn, onion, and cheese. -
Add meat
Toss in the seasoned taco meat. -
Dress & crunch
Add dressing and mix well.
Fold in crushed Doritos just before serving to keep them crunchy.
