- 5β6 medium potatoes (peeled & diced)
- 6β8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

- 2 tbsp flour (for thickening, optional)

1. Cook the bacon
