🥗🌮 Dorito Taco Salad
🛒 Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or chili powder + cumin + salt)
- 1 cup lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- 1/2 cup beans (kidney or black)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup crushed Doritos
- 1/2 cup sour cream or ranch dressing
🔪 Steps:
- Cook the meat
Brown ground beef, drain excess fat, then add seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for a few minutes. - Prep veggies
Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and any extras you like. - Assemble
In a large bowl, combine:- Cooked meat (slightly cooled)
- Veggies
- Beans & corn
- Cheese
- Add crunch & dressing
Toss in crushed Doritos and add dressing right before serving. - Mix & serve
Toss everything together and serve immediately (so chips stay crunchy).
