🛒 Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced, optional but classic)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth (or water + cube)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or yogurt as a substitute)
- 1 tsp mustard (optional, adds depth)
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 cups egg noodles or pasta
🔪 Steps:
- Cook pasta
Boil noodles in salted water, then drain and set aside. - Brown the beef
In a pan, cook ground beef until browned. Remove excess fat if needed. - Add flavor base
Add butter, onion, and garlic. Cook until soft.
Toss in mushrooms and cook until tender. - Make the sauce
Sprinkle flour, stir for 1 minute.
Add broth slowly while stirring to avoid lumps. - Simmer
